Brhett is a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher trained at Heal, Evolve, Thrive in Hamilton, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and currently works as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Stratford, where she integrates movement, rehabilitation, and mindful care.
Brhett is currently completing her 300-hour yoga teacher training along with Level 2 Trauma-Informed Movement & Presence, continuing to deepen her practice and expand her offerings.
She is also the founder of Soon Retreats, a global wellness company hosting yoga and surf retreats designed to reconnect the mind, body, and soul. Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed philosophy, creating spaces that are safe, grounding, and deeply transformative.

Mondays: 8am, 9am
Tuesdays: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Fridays: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
