  • Fasical Hydration Hydrate your fascial network as you dive into this mind-body fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Martial Arts.
  • Access Your Fitness Level Work with Brhett to assess your current goals and identify any specific areas of focus or concern. Share what you hope to achieve through Zen-ga, whether it's improving flexibility, building strength, or reducing stress.
  • Safe Space Build confidence in performing the exercises in a rhythmic flow safely. Receive positive reinforcement and corrections to ensure safe technique.
