Cardio Jumpboard + Barre

Challenge your body with a 45 minute Pilates class, including 20 minutes of Reformer Jumpboard, and 20 minutes of standing Pilates Barre, with a 5 minute cool down! These classes are small, intimate and limited to 4. It's perfect for folks aiming to receive postural corrections as they move and personalized, guided feedback. Instead of ballet barres, we'll rest our hands on Pilates Chair handles. Expect to feel your legs burning after each class!

What to Expect

  • Intermediate Level Jumpboard classes require familiarity with core stability and overall strength and endurance, so I recommend taking a few Privates, Duos, Half Duos or Barre classes before getting jumping!
  • Equipment You'll jump using the Jumpboard on a Professional SPX Merrithew Reformer, and use the Merrithew Chair for Barre Handles!
  • Goal The goal of Pilates Cardio Jumpboard + Barre, foremost, is to have fun! The fast paced movements will also get your heart racing and legs burning so you can enjoy the benefits of cardio and leg training!
  • Class Size Space is limited to 4 at our cozy Pilates studio during each class, so register now!
