Cardio Jumpboard + Barre
Challenge your body with a 45 minute Pilates class, including 20 minutes of Reformer Jumpboard, and 20 minutes of standing Pilates Barre, with a 5 minute cool down! These classes are small, intimate and limited to 4. It's perfect for folks aiming to receive postural corrections as they move and personalized, guided feedback. Instead of ballet barres, we'll rest our hands on Pilates Chair handles. Expect to feel your legs burning after each class!
