WHAT TO EXPECT

Pilates Classes are taught by a comprehensively certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, Kav Maharaj. While Zen-ga Classes are led by a certified Yoga and Trauma Informed Instructor, Brhett Booker.

  • All Levels Beginners receive a gentle introduction to the core principles of Pilates or Zen-ga in a supportive and personalized setting. Those with experience continue their development with a certified instructor.
  • Guided by Certified Instructor Pilates classes are guided by a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, Kav Maharaj or STOTT Certified Mat/Reformer Instructor Dana Holman. And Zen-ga Classes are led by a certified Yoga and Trauma Informed Instructor, Brhett Booker. You’ll learn the basics of Pilates and Zen-ga at your own pace, building a strong foundation that will set you up for success in future classes at a studio with a 5-star Google Review.

When choosing packages, you can either choose one instructor or all instructors! If you select all instructors, you can book both Pilates and Zen-ga classes with the same package!
