Why Practice with Pilates Colours?

Small Classes

With classes of 1 to 3, you get more personalized attention. Your instructor will help you with your alignment, and guide you with your goals and injuries in mind.

Safe Space

Pilates Colours welcomes beginners, those with experience, all bodies, all genders and all ethnicities. This is a judgment free zone.

Goal Oriented

Since our classes are small, your goals are a big part of each class's programming. If your physio wants you to work your glutes, everyone will get an extra dose of glute work. If you have difficulty with coordination, classes will be modified to begin with basic movements for each exercise, and optional progressions will be layered for others.
