Oxygen Therapy

Oxygen is the most vital nutrient for your body’s cells, playing a crucial role in nearly every bodily function. Stop by and experience the refreshing boost of pure oxygen! An oxygen bar provides recreational oxygen therapy in a comfortable setting. You’ll breathe in 95% pure oxygen through a nasal tube connected to a machine designed to deliver oxygen directly to you. You’ll breathe through a nasal tube, and you can choose from a variety of soothing scents. We encourage you to relax, put away your phone, and breathe slowly through your nose and out your mouth.

Halotherapy Therapy

15 minutes

Halotherapy is a wellness treatment that involves inhaling micro-sized salt particles in a tranquil environment designed to mimic a salt cave. Once exclusive to salt mines, advances in technology now make this rejuvenating therapy accessible through our state-of-the-art Salt Cabin Wellness Spa.

Mat Pilates Class

50 minutes

Destress while moving every muscle in your body with a STOTT Pilates trained Instructor, Kav Maharaj. Release tight hips, challenge your core, improve spinal mobility, and release tense shoulders with a floor-level mat Pilates class using the Flex-Band.
