  • Meditation Guide You'll be guided by Kav Maharaj, who has worked in the health field for 8 years, improving mobility as a Pilates Instructor.
  • Breath-work We'll begin the mindfulness meditation with 10-15 minutes of breath work. Observing your natural breath pattern, and any sensations or thoughts that come with that observation. We'll be attempting to let those sensations and thoughts float by like clouds in the sky, and redirecting our attention to the breath.
  • Body-work The majority of the class will be spent observing sensations at your body. From your toes to your scalp. We'll also try to bring our attention back to our bodily sensations when it drifts to thoughts, emotions, sounds, and visual stimuli.
  • Delicious Refreshments Enjoy organic Japanese green tea or organic citrus tea before or after the meditation.
